Drive root-cause analysis, problem management and process improvements. Manage stakeholders, releases and service quality. 5+ years of delivery, DevSecOps and application support experience. Strong incident/change management and stakeholder skills. Proven ability to use AI coding/productivity tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development, configuration, testing and documentation.
