About this role At Azki’s Data Team, we are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and support better business and product decisions.

- We are looking for a responsible and skilled problem-solver to help us guide business decisions through data.
- Work closely with data team members and cross-functional teams to execute data analysis projects.
- Write and run complex queries using data analysis tools and databases.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights, and provide practical recommendations.
- Design and manage statistical tests to evaluate the impact of product and business changes.
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs, metrics, and OKRs related to business performance.
- Use data storytelling to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to different stakeholders.
- Work closely with operations and business teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
نیازمندیها
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Metabase.
- Strong knowledge of databases such as ClickHouse and MySQL.
- Solid understanding of statistics, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Ability to solve complex problems and develop practical solutions using Python and tools such as GitLab.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and tools such as Kafka and Airflow.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into actionable insights.
