The role requires deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, frontend architecture, and design systems, as well as technical leadership and mentoring skills. Frontend: TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Vue.js (preferred), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Component-Driven Development, PWA State Management: Redux, Zustand, Context API API Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, SSE Frontend Architecture: Design Systems, Component Libraries, Modular Architecture Performance: SSR, SSG, Core Web Vitals, Profiling, Code Splitting Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress DevOps: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, CI/CD Practices: SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean Code, Accessibility, Secure Development, Agile/Scrum AI & Modern Engineering: AI-Assisted Tools, LLM Integrations, AI-Powered UIs Design and develop scalable frontend applications; build reusable component libraries; develop interactive user experiences; integrate with APIs and event-driven platforms. Define frontend architecture standards; build and maintain design systems; drive consistency and best practices. Optimize performance and ensure accessibility and security; define testing strategies. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence. Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers; participate in technical planning and estimation.
