Description At Rime, we are on an ambitious mission to empower businesses and optimize operational processes for our clients by transforming complex data and operations into seamless, accurate, and actionable workflows. As a Senior ERP Management Consultant (Odoo / Zoho), you will serve as the administrative and technical architect of our enterprise resource planning solutions. You will lead and manage the digital transformation and migration process for inventory and billing systems. Your role is to assess current operations and transition financial and operational data into an integrated cloud environment (via Odoo or Zoho), while ensuring full compliance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) requirements—enabling clients to make swift decisions and eliminate operational blindness across their financial and inventory workflows. Location & Work Type: Must be based inside Saudi Arabia (Part-Time / Freelancer). Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic (strongly preferred) with professional proficiency in English. ERP Expertise: Hands-on proficiency and practical experience with Odoo and Zoho platforms. Core Experience: Strong background in inventory management, billing systems, and accounting system migrations. Financial Skills: Proven ability to build financial models, project revenues and expenses, and calculate ROI. ZATCA Compliance: In-depth knowledge of Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing requirements and tax regulations. Roles And Responsibilities System Assessment & Selection: Evaluate current inventory and billing systems and recommend the best ERP platform (Odoo, Zoho, etc.). Migration & Integration: Develop a seamless data migration strategy and oversee system integrations with zero operational downtime. Financial Modeling: Create financial models, projecting implementation costs, revenues, expenses, and expected ROI. ZATCA Compliance: Ensure full alignment with Saudi ZATCA requirements and Phase 2 e-invoicing standards. Risk & Execution: Manage implementation risks, set project milestones, and perform system testing before full go-live.
