TMC Middle East is looking for a Senior FIS Systematics Developer to join a leading financial institution in Riyadh, KSA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a core banking specialist to contribute to high-impact retail banking solutions in one of the region's most dynamic financial markets. 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Riyadh, KSA 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: Strictly Onsite 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Design, develop, and customize solutions within the FIS Systematics (ALS/IBS) core banking platform to meet business and regulatory requirements Support and enhance CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) modules, ensuring stability and alignment with banking operations Collaborate with business analysts to translate banking requirements into technical specifications and working solutions Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across Systematics environments to maintain performance and availability Provide third-line technical support for production issues, working closely with operations and IT teams 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 Proven hands-on experience with FIS Systematics (ALS/IBS) in a development or customization capacity — mandatory Direct experience with CASA modules within a core banking environment — mandatory Proficiency in COBOL, RPG, or associated scripting tools used within the Systematics environment Solid understanding of retail banking processes, deposit products, and compliance/audit requirements Familiarity with SAMA regulations or GCC banking standards is a strong advantage This role is strictly onsite in Riyadh.
