Weak English communication may result in rejection because the role requires frequent cross-functional teamwork We are seeking 2 remote Senior Full-Stack Developers with strong experience in React, Next.js, C#, and Azure, AWS for a 12-month EMR rebuild project. You will join an established 8-person Scrum team, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle and directly supporting technology that impacts patients with rare and chronic illnesses. What you'll achieve: Join a team building technology that directly impacts patients with rare and chronic illnesses who receive complex, life-changing therapies. You'll be developing systems for a mission-driven specialty pharmacy that treats every patient like family, ensuring individualized care for people facing healthcare's most challenging condition Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using React and Next.js for front-end development Build and optimize C# backend services and APIs Work within Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Services ecosystem Collaborate with an 8-person Scrum team to deliver solutions in 3-week sprints Build products from the ground up, not just feature work or bug fixes Participate in Agile framework Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices are applied About you: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Senior-level experience with React and Next.js for UI development Strong proficiency in C# for backend development Expertise with Azure DevOps and experience with Azure Cloud Services Proven ability to build products from the ground up, not just maintain existing features Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based delivery Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Extra credit if you have: Experience with EMR or healthcare technology systems Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Understanding of healthcare compliance and security requirements
