Company Description Falakcart is a fast-growing SaaS platform empowering merchants with cutting-edge e-commerce technology to expand their reach and scale their businesses. We help businesses grow — step by step. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer – Team Lead to join our team and take a hands-on role in developing and leading the technical direction of our B2B E-commerce platform. Key Develop and maintain scalable Front-End & Back-End solutions. Work hands-on with technologies such as PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, APIs, and Databases. Lead technical decisions and contribute to System Architecture & Solution Design. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and quality. Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues. Guide, mentor, and technically support the development team. Collaborate with management to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 6+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on Full Stack Development experience. Previous experience as Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or similar role. Strong experience with PHP/Laravel and modern Front-End technologies. Experience with E-commerce platforms is highly preferred. Strong understanding of APIs, Databases, Architecture, Cloud/DevOps, Security, and Performance Optimization. Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
