- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot
- Experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization, performance tuning)
- Experience with Redis caching and performance optimization
- Proven track record of scaling and optimizing production applications
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within live environments
- Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring tools is an advantage
