We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot. Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of professional Java development experience. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Strong experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security). Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles. Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices. Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis. Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of SQL and database optimization. Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Experience with Redis or other caching technologies. Experience with automated testing frameworks including JUnit and Mockito. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
