Hiring: Senior / Lead / Staff Backend Engineers 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE 💼 Employment Type: 12-Month 🏢 Work Arrangement: Onsite (Abu Dhabi) 🚨 OPEN to candidates who are locally based in the UAE ONLY. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services, APIs and distributed systems. Build secure, high-performance microservices using Python, Java or Go. Own backend solutions from design and development through deployment and production operations. Integrate LLMs, RAG, Generative AI and agent-based capabilities into enterprise applications. Implement caching, messaging, asynchronous processing, observability and reliability best practices. Lead technical design discussions, code reviews and engineering best practices. Senior Engineers: 6–8 years of backend engineering experience. Lead / Staff Engineers: 10+ years of backend engineering experience with strong architectural ownership. Strong programming experience in Python, Java or Go. Experience with microservices, REST APIs and distributed systems. Experience developing and operating production-grade enterprise applications. Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, Generative AI or AI-powered applications. Strong understanding of scalability, security, performance and system design.
