WE ARE HIRING | Senior Mendix Developer Dubai, UAE | On-Site Full-Time Experience: 6–10 Years Fluent English & Arabic – Mandatory We are looking for an experienced Senior Mendix Developer to join an enterprise digital transformation program in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building and supporting large-scale Mendix applications across Web and Native Mobile, with a solid understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, APIs and end-to-end application delivery. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who can work independently, collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, and contribute to technically complex enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade Mendix applications for Web and Native Mobile. Develop reusable modules, business logic, workflows, integrations and user interfaces. Work closely with the Solution Architect, Senior Mendix Developers, UI/UX, Integration, DevOps and QA teams. Translate business requirements and technical designs into scalable Mendix solutions. Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs and work with enterprise integration platforms. Troubleshoot complex application, performance and integration issues. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and solution design sessions. Follow enterprise development standards, security practices and application governance. Support releases, production issues and continuous application improvements. Contribute to development across multiple application streams and complex business domains. Experience Required 6–10 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on Mendix experience. Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise Mendix applications. Strong experience in both Web and Native Mobile application development. Experience working with complex business processes, workflows, APIs and third-party integrations. Good understanding of application architecture, databases, APIs, security and performance. Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary enterprise delivery team. Ability to understand existing systems and contribute to technical solution design. Language Requirement English – Mandatory Strong professional communication skills for technical discussions, documentation and international client interactions. Arabic – Mandatory Ability to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking business and technology stakeholders in Dubai.
