We have an urgent requirement for Senior OpenShift Engineer experience in banking domain is required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi ,UAE Design, build, and manage enterprise-scale Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x) platforms across on-premises, private cloud, and managed services (ARO, ROSA), ensuring secure and compliant banking workloads.--MustDrive platform automation using Ansible, Terraform, Bash, and Python, while enabling CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows with Tekton and Argo CD for hybrid cloud deployments.--mustEnforce RBAC, network policies, vulnerability management, and regulatory standards, integrating container security tools and ensuring resilience for mission-critical banking applications.--MustBanking Domain --MustRole OverviewWe are hiring a Senior OpenShift Engineer to design, architect, and operate enterprise-scale Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x) platforms across on-premises, private cloud, and managed OpenShift services (ARO, ROSA). This role is critical for supporting regulated banking workloads, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable container platforms aligned with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities Architect and operate hybrid/multi-cloud OpenShift platforms integrating on-prem with cloud-hosted clusters. Design solutions leveraging Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) and Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA). Build, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters across bare-metal, virtualized, and cloud environments. Manage full lifecycle: installation, upgrades, patching, scaling, and health monitoring. Act as solution architect and advisor for container platforms, guiding modernization strategies. Implement hybrid connectivity models (VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect). Develop technical architectures, blueprints, and design documents. Drive automation using Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python. Enable CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows with Tekton, Argo CD. Integrate OpenShift with enterprise tooling (identity, registries, monitoring, logging, certificates). Ensure compliance with RBAC, network policies, and banking regulatory standards. Operate observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK/ELK). Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and incident support (24/7). Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams. Contribute to governance, standards, and continuous improvement of container platforms. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years recent OpenShift expertise. Strong background in Red Hat OpenShift Administration. Expertise in Advanced Cluster Management and OpenShift Virtualization with cloud migration & integration. Experience in regulated industries, preferably banking sector. Broad exposure to enterprise technology platforms.
