Level: Senior (5+ years experience, including 2+ years in a senior/lead QA capacity)
مسئولیتها
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test strategies across web and API layers.
- Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
- Perform manual exploratory testing where automation is impractical or insufficient.
- Identify, document, track, and prioritize defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test results.
- Define and uphold quality standards and testing best practices across the engineering team.
- Coordinate performance, load, and security testing efforts as needed.
- Mentor junior QA staff and contribute to the evolution of QA processes and tooling.
- Collaborate closely with front-end, back-end, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
نیازمندیها
- 5+ years of professional QA/testing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role.
- Strong hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Scripting or programming proficiency (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java) sufficient to build and maintain test automation.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Experience designing test plans and strategies for both new features and regression coverage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring QA team members or leading QA process improvements.
