Hiring: Senior ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Architect EduRun Group is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Architect for an international opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Work from Office Initial Work Mode: Remote from India until the visa is issued Experience: 8+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Visa: Provided by the company Engagement Model: Permanent payroll opportunity Key Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB architecture, implementation, and optimization. Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CSDM. Design CMDB health dashboards, reconciliation rules, and data governance processes. Integrate ServiceNow with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, AppDynamics, and Grafana. Configure event correlation, alert management, automated remediation, and incident workflows. Develop advanced JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, and custom Discovery patterns. Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth, MID Servers, and platform security. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentoring. Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow CSA ServiceNow CAD CIS-Discovery CIS-Event Management or CIS-Service Mapping ITIL v4 Foundation or Managing Professional Preferred Additional Expertise: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Linux/Windows, networking, Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise observability tools.
