At Doctoreto, we're looking for an experienced Senior Software QA Engineer who is passionate about quality and enjoys working closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, user-centric products. مسئولیتها
- Design, write, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
- Perform manual testing for web applications and APIs
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Review product requirements and provide feedback to improve testability and quality
- Conduct regression, integration, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and acceptance testing
- Validate new features before release and ensure production readiness
- Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and documentation
- Mentor junior QA engineers and share testing best practices
نیازمندیها
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC
- Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases
- Strong experience in Manual Testing
- Experience with Bug Reporting and Defect Tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience with API Testing using Postman or similar tools
- Working knowledge of SQL for database validation
- Basic understanding of HTML and browser developer tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with UI test automation using Selenium (Python)
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Git
- Experience testing responsive web applications
- Familiarity with browser compatibility testing
- Knowledge of security or performance testing concepts
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
