CodeNinja is looking for a Senior Solution Analyst with strong experience in the banking domain, payment systems, and core banking platforms. In this role, you will be embedded within a banking IT delivery environment. You will translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, and support solution design, integration, and testing through strong documentation and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with BRD analysis, functional and technical specifications, Low-Level Design (LLD), APIs, and integrations across payment and core banking systems. They will ensure solutions stay aligned with strategic goals and regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders Analyze and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and break them down into solution components Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including SRDs Contribute to the preparation and validation of Low-Level Designs (LLDs) Work across APIs, integrations, and architectural components to shape and validate solutions Ensure domain alignment across payment systems and core banking platforms Support solution design, integration, and testing phases with clear, structured documentation Collaborate with business, architecture, development, and QA teams to drive business-IT alignment Ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and applicable regulatory frameworks Provide implementation support and maintain up-to-date solution documentation Experience 5+ years of experience in solution analysis or business analysis within the banking domain Proven experience analyzing BRDs and producing BRD/SRD documentation and functional specifications Hands-on exposure to Low-Level Design (LLD) and development environments Demonstrated experience working in KSA's banking sector is preferred Domain Knowledge Strong domain expertise in payment systems and core banking platforms Understanding of banking business portfolios and product structures Awareness of banking regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements Technical Skills Ability to work across technical aspects including APIs, system integrations, and system architecture Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Experience supporting integration and testing phases Core Competencies Strong requirement gathering and functional analysis skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to drive business-IT alignment and document solutions professionally Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field Language Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred Key Competencies Solution Analysis | Business Analysis | Banking | Payment Systems | Core Banking | BRD | SRD | LLD | APIs | Integrations | Stakeholder Management | Functional Specifications Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale technology and digital transformation projects Exposure to banking, financial services, payments, and emerging technology environments Professional growth and learning opportunities Collaborative and technically driven work environment Opportunity to work with experienced technology and consulting professionals Disclaimer This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role and is not exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, or qualifications required.
