Position Overview The Senior Specialist: Web Dev / Admin oversees the technical health, front-end Content Management Systems (CMS), plugin integration, and overall user experience for the core brand websites (focused on UAE and across 20–50 international markets). This role manages e-commerce integration, multi-platform governance, technical SEO, and geo-tagging while collaborating with local market teams. Key Responsibilities Front-End CMS & Technical Administration: Manage and maintain front-end website infrastructure, CMS engines, modules, and plugins. Multi-Market Website Governance: Oversee main UAE sites and support 20–50 global regional websites, coordinating content updates with local market managers. Content & Asset Deployment: Publish high-quality visuals (supplied by graphic designers) and localized copy (supplied by copywriters) accurately. E-Commerce & Platform Expertise: Support e-commerce functionality, payment gateway integrations, product catalog updates, and checkout optimizations across multiple platforms. SEO & Geo-Tagging: Implement technical SEO best practices, structured data, schema, multi-region hreflang, and geo-tagging for regional search optimization. Requirements & Qualifications 4+ years of front-end web development and web administration experience. Deep expertise in popular CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, WordPress). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, technical plugin integrations, and e-commerce mechanics. Solid understanding of global/regional SEO, geo-targeting, and web analytics. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with international local market teams.
