Job Purpose Support the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow SPM solutions. Translate business requirements into technical solutions while providing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. SPM Configuration and Administration Support the configuration and administration of ServiceNow SPM modules. Configure applications, forms, workflows, business rules, notifications, and other SPM platform components. Maintain SPM configurations in line with approved requirements and standards. Integration Support Support integrations between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems. Assist with REST and SOAP APIs and Integration Hub configurations for data exchange. Troubleshoot integration issues and support data synchronization activities. Analysis and Scripting Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops. Document and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into SPM solutions. Develop and maintain basic JavaScript and ServiceNow scripts. Implement approved customizations and enhancements. Testing and Support Prepare and execute test scenarios for SPM implementations and enhancements. Support deployment, change management, and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues involving SPM applications, dashboards, workflows, and integrations. Provide ongoing technical support and assist with root-cause identification and resolution. Documentation and Compliance Maintain documentation for SPM configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes. Follow security, access control, data governance, ServiceNow platform, and organizational policies. Support compliance with applicable quality, safety, environmental, and management procedures. Qualifications And Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field. 4–6 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of demand management, portfolio management, applications, and data analysis. Ability to meet delivery targets, report progress and deviations, solve problems, and escalate complex operational issues. Identify opportunities to improve SPM processes, configurations, and user experience.
