The resource will provide hands-on ServiceNow expertise to plan and execute the application migration from Global ServiceNow to client ServiceNow, working with technical teams, application owners, and the Global ServiceNow team. The assignment will include assessing the applications and their dependencies, preparing and executing migration activities, validating functionality and data after migration, resolving defects, and supporting handover. Key Assess the in-scope applications, configurations, integrations, data, and dependencies. Prepare the migration approach, work plan, and cutover and rollback steps. Migrate or support migration of ServiceNow application components to the platform. Coordinate testing with application owners and technical teams; record and resolve migration issues. Support cutover, post-migration validation, and stabilization. Document the delivered changes, operational procedures, and handover requirements. Follow the security, change-management, and platform-governance requirements. Required experience: Proven experience delivering ServiceNow platform or application migrations. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and administration, including application components, integrations, and data. Experience with migration planning, testing, cutover, issue resolution, and technical documentation. Ability to coordinate effectively across platform, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
