⛓️ We’re Hiring: Smart Contract Developer | Blockchain Solutions Architect 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time 💼 Level: Mid-Level to Senior We are looking for a highly skilled Smart Contract Developer | Blockchain Solutions Architect to design, develop, secure, and implement blockchain-based applications and decentralized solutions. This role combines hands-on smart contract development with blockchain architecture, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable blockchain solutions. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain smart contracts for blockchain applications. Develop secure and efficient smart contracts using Solidity and other relevant blockchain programming languages. Design blockchain architectures that support scalability, security, performance, and reliability. Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical blockchain-based solutions. Develop decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-enabled services. Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, designers, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Define technical architecture, system components, blockchain protocols, and integration strategies. Evaluate blockchain networks and select suitable platforms based on project requirements. Work with Ethereum and other compatible Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain ecosystems. Develop and integrate smart contracts with web applications, APIs, wallets, and backend services. Design token-based systems, digital assets, and blockchain transaction workflows where applicable. Implement contract standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and other relevant protocols. Conduct smart contract testing, debugging, optimization, and deployment across development and production environments. Perform code reviews and identify potential security, performance, and architectural issues. Work closely with cybersecurity teams to strengthen blockchain application security. Identify vulnerabilities such as reentrancy, access-control issues, integer-related vulnerabilities, oracle manipulation, and other smart contract risks. Support smart contract audits and address findings identified through security assessments. Optimize smart contract code for gas efficiency, transaction performance, and maintainability. Design secure wallet, key-management, authentication, and transaction-signing workflows. Integrate blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and cloud environments. Develop blockchain integration patterns for financial, supply-chain, identity, asset-management, or other business applications. Evaluate decentralized protocols, infrastructure providers, blockchain frameworks, and development tools. Monitor blockchain technology developments and assess emerging protocols and architectures. Research Layer 2 solutions, interoperability technologies, decentralized storage, oracles, and cross-chain technologies. Prepare technical architecture documents, system diagrams, API specifications, and smart contract documentation. Establish development standards, coding practices, testing procedures, and deployment processes for blockchain projects. Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for blockchain applications and smart contracts. Troubleshoot blockchain transactions, contract failures, integration issues, and production incidents. Work with external blockchain vendors, infrastructure providers, auditors, and technology partners when required. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers working on blockchain projects. Ensure blockchain solutions are designed with appropriate governance, monitoring, compliance, and operational controls. ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in blockchain development, smart contract development, or blockchain architecture. Strong programming experience with Solidity and familiarity with Web3 development technologies. Experience developing, testing, and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum or compatible blockchain networks. Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, transactions, blocks, nodes, and distributed systems. Knowledge of EVM-compatible blockchain networks and Layer 2 technologies. Experience with blockchain development frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or equivalent tools. Familiarity with Web3 libraries such as ethers.js, web3.js, or similar technologies. Experience integrating smart contracts with frontend and backend applications. Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, digital signatures, wallets, and blockchain security. Knowledge of smart contract vulnerabilities and secure development practices. Experience with automated testing and blockchain testing frameworks. Familiarity with Git, version control, CI/CD, and modern software-development workflows. Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed applications. Knowledge of token standards, decentralized applications, decentralized finance, or digital assets is advantageous. Experience with smart contract auditing or working with external blockchain security auditors is preferred. Strong understanding of gas optimization and blockchain transaction costs. Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs between different blockchain networks and architectures. Strong system-design and architecture skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong technical documentation and communication skills. Ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
