Job Purpose: To design, develop, and oversee high-quality, lightweight software solutions that solve complex business problems. Provide technical leadership, enforce engineering and database best practices, and guide the team in delivering secure, zero-bloat, and highly performant custom systems. Software Design & Architecture: Architect lean, performance-driven software structures for customs, in-house systems. Select and implement highly optimized design patterns and lightweight, purpose-built modular libraries rather than heavy, all-in-one frameworks that degrade speed. Translate business requirements into clean, zero-bloat technical blueprints. CRUD Architecture & Database Enforcement: Design and enforce a secure, direct database-to-client pipeline. Mandate that all database CRUD operations are handled exclusively through highly optimized Stored Procedures, completely bypassing heavy ORMs (like Entity Framework) to guarantee pre-compiled, lightning-fast execution. Development & Code Quality: Write highly optimized, clean, and secure native code. Lead strict code reviews and enforce technical quality, low-latency execution, and raw performance standards across the team. Agile Software Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Break down complex features into lean, manageable development tasks, estimate effort, and implement streamlined continuous integration and testing pipelines. Problem Solving & Debugging: Investigate and resolve highly complex architectural bugs, system latencies, and slow query execution plans. Perform thorough root-cause analysis and implement long-term structural and database-level fixes. Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with BPOs, QA, and other engineers. Provide technical mentorship to developers, training them on writing optimized Stored Procedures, clean native coding practices, and efficient memory management. Security & Compliance: Implement secure coding standards, particularly focusing on restricted database execution permissions. Ensure strict compliance with data protection laws and industry security standards. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation of technical architecture, API interfaces, and database schemas. Host internal technical workshops on database performance tuning and direct-query optimization. Functional Skills and Knowledge: Architecture: Deep knowledge of native software engineering, clean performance-first patterns, and secure, direct-to-DB architecture. Database Engineering: Expert-level mastery of SQL Server database design, indexing, transaction safety, and designing highly performant Stored Procedures to handle all CRUD actions. Backend: Advanced backend programming with Python, focusing on high speed and minimal layer abstraction. Frontend: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern native JavaScript, and UI/UX design integration. Mobile: Exposure to clean, lightweight cross-platform or native mobile application development Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional analytical, logical, and mathematical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, mentorship, and leadership capabilities. Strong dedication to building efficient systems that execute direct, raw data structures without unnecessary middleware. Proactive commitment to staying up to date with emerging technologies, modern engineering methods, and core programming languages natively, ensuring the continuous optimization and modernization of the codebase without introducing framework bloat or third-party wrappers. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Full-stack Development with Architectural Design: Proven track record in Full-Stack Web Development and database management. UI/UX Design: Hands-on experience in web and visual design following user experience best practices.
