We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our development team. You will build and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter, design and manage databases, and take part in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through testing, deployment and maintenance. This role suits a graduate or early-career developer ready to grow, as well as a mid-level engineer who can work independently. Key Responsibilities Application Development Build, test and maintain high-quality cross-platform apps (Android, iOS, web) using Flutter and Dart. Turn UI/UX designs into responsive, reusable widgets and clean screens. Manage app state and integrate with REST APIs and third-party services. Optimize app performance, load times and user experience. Database and Backend Design and maintain relational (SQL) and NoSQL database structures such as tables, keys and indexes. Write efficient SQL queries and perform CRUD operations. Work with backend developers on APIs, data flow and data security. Software Development Lifecycle Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions and sprint planning. Write clean, documented and maintainable code following best practices. Write unit and widget tests, then find and fix bugs. Use Git for version control and take part in code reviews. Support deployment to the App Store, Google Play and web hosting, and provide ongoing maintenance. Work in an Agile/Scrum team and communicate progress clearly.

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart (personal, academic or professional projects count).
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQLite).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methods.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Firebase Firestore, MongoDB or Redis.
- Knowledge of Flutter state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
- Experience publishing an app to the App Store or Google Play.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD, cloud services (Firebase, AWS, Azure) and testing frameworks.
- Exposure to backend technologies such as Node.js, Python or Java.
