Software Engineer – Dubai Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Application Development, or a related field We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic foundation in software development, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with development teams to build reliable and user-friendly applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Support application development across front-end, back-end, or full-stack environments. Troubleshoot software issues and resolve bugs. Participate in software testing, debugging, and deployment activities. Work with technical and business teams to understand requirements. Support application enhancements and system improvements. Maintain technical documentation and development records. Follow coding standards, security practices, and development processes. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Application Development, or related field. Good understanding of software development concepts and programming fundamentals. Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++. Exposure to web or application development frameworks is preferred. Understanding of databases such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB. Familiarity with APIs, version control, and software development lifecycle. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Fresh graduates or candidates with early-career software development experience can be considered, depending on the requirement.
