We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong engineering fundamentals to join our team and build reliable, scalable systems that power our products. We care less about whether you already know a particular technology and more about how you think, design, build, and take ownership of systems. You should be comfortable learning new technologies quickly and using the right tools to solve problems. Experience with technologies such as Redis, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, OpenSearch, Docker, or similar systems is valuable — but specific technology experience is not a requirement. Experience building high-scale consumer-facing systems, recommendation/search systems, data platforms, or AI-powered products is also a plus. What we value Ownership over task completion. We want engineers who see a problem, understand its impact, design a solution, build it, put it into production, measure the outcome, and keep improving it. Engineering fundamentals over tool familiarity. Technologies change quickly. Strong engineers understand the principles behind the systems they build and can learn whatever tools the problem requires. AI-native engineering. AI is becoming part of the engineering workflow. We expect engineers to know how to use AI and coding agents effectively while understanding where they can fail and where engineering judgment remains essential. Impact over output. We care about what you build and the impact it creates, not simply how many tickets you complete.

- Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and data-intensive systems
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from understanding the problem and designing the solution to implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
- Design reliable service architectures, data pipelines, and distributed systems
- Work closely with product, backend, data, and AI/ML engineers to turn ideas into production systems
- Identify technical problems and proactively improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Make pragmatic engineering decisions and take responsibility for their outcomes
- Use AI effectively throughout the engineering workflow, from understanding and exploring a problem to coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
نیازمندیها
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and professional experience with Go
- Good understanding of software architecture, system design, design patterns, and distributed systems
- Ability to design systems that are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and observable
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data flows, and data pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into practical solutions
- Understanding of APIs, services, concurrency, networking, databases, and system performance
- Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and drive projects from idea to production and beyond
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies rather than relying on familiarity with a specific stack
- Experience using AI coding tools and coding agents, with a good understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and when human judgment is required
