Role Context: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated mid-level QA Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our testing strategies, implementing automation, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of web technologies, robust testing methodologies, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Experience working with Agile methodologies; strong knowledge of Agile testing Proficient in both manual and automated testing Ability to analyze test results and document findings Experience testing back-end and front-end APIs and evaluating system design Ability to define, design, and execute test scenarios Experience working with tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Insomnia Designing and implementing test scenarios, test cases, and test plans Collecting, logging, and categorizing bug reports and product issues Collaborating with the support team to address user issues and following up with the technical team Preparing defect reports and presenting test results to the product development team Researching tools, technologies, and best practices, and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team Collaborating with senior management to organize requirements Effective communication with the technical team to achieve business goals and participating in project progress meetings
