Minimum Experience 5+ years of experience in Banking Technology, Regulatory Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics. Knowledge, Skills, And Attributes Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Bricks will be an added advantage. Hands-on experience in data analysis, report automation, dashboard development, and data integration across multiple source systems Experience in developing, implementing, and supporting regulatory reporting solutions within the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense, or equivalent platforms. Good knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Data Reconciliation processes. Knowledge of reporting automation, workflow management, and system integration concepts. Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, SQL, PowerShell, or equivalent for automation and data analysis. Understanding information security, data privacy, and banking technology standards. Experience in preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Production Validation for reporting applications and dashboards.
