Senior .NET Developer – Wealth Management Experience: 7 to 10 Years Budget: 15000 to 20000 AED per month Domain: Wealth Management (Mandatory) Location: On-site at Emirates NBD, UAE Preferred Candidates: UAE-based candidates who can join at short notice Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in wealth management and hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, Web API, SQL, and Git version control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable and secure applications that support wealth management business operations. The candidate should have a solid understanding of financial services and wealth management workflows, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other technical teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API. Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support business applications and system integrations. Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Perform database analysis, query tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure application performance and data integrity. Use Git for source code management, branching, merging, version control, and collaborative development. Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, QA engineers, and other development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Understand and implement business requirements related to wealth management applications and financial services workflows. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, and technical documentation. Follow secure coding practices, coding standards, and established software development processes. Troubleshoot production issues and support application maintenance and enhancements. Mandatory Skills and Experience Overall Experience: 7+ years of relevant software development experience. Wealth Management Domain: Mandatory hands-on experience working on wealth management applications or projects. C# and .NET: Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem. .NET Core: Hands-on experience developing applications using .NET Core. Web API: Strong experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs. SQL: Thorough knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance optimization, and database troubleshooting. Git: Hands-on experience with Git version control, including branching strategies, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in banking or financial services environments. Understanding of wealth management products and processes, such as portfolio management, investment products, client portfolios, and financial reporting. Experience working with enterprise application integrations and distributed systems. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Location and Availability Work location: On-site at UAE. Candidates currently based in the UAE are strongly preferred. Candidates available to join at short notice will be given preference. Candidates must be comfortable working in a client-facing banking environment.
