Exciting Opportunity Alert! 🌟 HTC Global Services is hiring a Tableau Developer for an 1-year extendable contract in Dubai, UAE (Onsite). HTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA. Minimum 5–8 years of overall experience in Tableau platform development, BI and Data Analytics. Proven experience in designing, developing, unit testing, and maintaining complex Tableau dashboards. Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, preferably version 2023.1, including advanced charting and graph customization. Ability to query, analyze, and visualize large datasets while optimizing workbook performance. Ability to interpret technical and dashboard structures and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and handling large volumes of data. Experience working through iterative review cycles to deliver dashboards that meet or exceed business expectations. Good understanding of advanced calculations, statistical functions, and analytical techniques. Strong knowledge of SQL, relational database management systems (RDBMS), data modelling, and database normalization. Working knowledge of Tableau administration and architecture. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards as part of the Data Engineering team. Perform data analytics and generate meaningful business insights using Tableau and advanced SQL queries. Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Owners to gather requirements, understand business needs, and propose appropriate technical designs. Provide effort estimates, prepare delivery plans, and track activities through to successful closure. Follow industry standards and best practices for dashboard design, development, and performance optimization. Develop and execute sufficient test cases to ensure dashboard accuracy, data integrity, and quality before releasing solutions to the business. Work closely with stakeholders to validate dashboards and incorporate feedback through iterative development and review cycles.
