Responsible for leading engineering teams, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software delivery across the full stack. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews Translate business requirements into technical solutions Drive delivery of features with focus on quality, performance, and timelines Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for successful delivery Continuously improve engineering processes, automation, and system reliability Technical Skills Frontend: Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS ,Ionic, Ngrx, Signal Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture: System Design, Scalable Distributed Systems Engineering Practices: Agile, Code Reviews, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization Tools: Git, CI/CD, Monitoring & Logging Core Strengths Strong ownership and accountability Hands-on technical leadership Problem-solving and debugging expertise Cross-functional collaboration Focus on clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions Ability to balance delivery with engineering excellence
