We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and quality of our software solutions.

- Lead the technical direction and development of the team
- Design and improve software architecture and technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering standards
- Identify and manage technical debt
- Solve complex technical challenges and improve system performance
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor and support engineers in their technical growth
نیازمندیها
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or technical leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, Design Patterns, and System Design
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development tools
- Experience with scalable and reliable systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, CI/CD, and Observability
