We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise digital solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for solution architecture, technical governance, code quality, and mentoring development teams while ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and will play a key role in delivering strategic digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Review solution architecture, code quality, and technical deliverables. Design and oversee API integrations, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability. Drive DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automated testing. Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and technical task management. Mentor and coach developers while promoting engineering best practices. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Project Managers, and stakeholders. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Experience 8+ years of software development experience. Minimum 3 years in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similar leadership role. Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications. Strong solution design and architecture experience. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
