Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Project Manager (SAP EWM) to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization for a hybrid contract opportunity requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week. The Technical Project Manager (SAP EWM) will oversee the execution of automated warehouse initiatives tied to a large-scale SAP Extended Warehouse Management deployment, ensuring alignment across technology, operations, validation, and automation teams. Responsibilities of the Technical Project Manager (SAP EWM) include: Lead execution activities for the automated warehouse portion of a large SAP EWM implementation project. Coordinate efforts across internal stakeholders, automation partners, warehouse control system teams, and global business groups. Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution to support successful delivery milestones. Drive operational readiness related to system validation, master data, testing activities, and deployment planning. Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between warehouse operations, IT, engineering, and supply chain teams. Qualifications for the Technical Project Manager (SAP EWM) include: Proven experience leading SAP EWM deployments within manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments. Strong understanding of integrations involving SAP EWM, S/4HANA, Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), automation platforms, and related enterprise applications. Experience supporting projects within regulated environments, including validation and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and resolve technical or operational challenges. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred. Compensation for the Technical Project Manager (SAP EWM): $70-$85 an hour Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K This job opens for applications on 9/25/2026.
