JOB SUMMARY : We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile products — from research and wireframes through to polished, production-ready designs. KEY
مسئولیتها
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Maintain and evolve the design system and component library for consistency across products
- Collaborate closely with Product, Business Analysts, and Engineering to ensure design feasibility
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders in Arabic and English
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics data
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards
- Partner with engineers during implementation to ensure design fidelity in the final product
- Contribute to brand consistency across digital touchpoints
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI
نیازمندیها
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience for web and mobile products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to final UI
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and design systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
- PREFERRED
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience conducting moderated/unmoderated usability testing
- Familiarity with motion/interaction design and prototyping tools
- Exposure to design-to-development handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode)
- Experience designing for RTL (Arabic) interfaces
