Monoppy Full-Stack Developer Level Mid – Senior Model Hybrid — Tehran Schedule Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00–18:00 (Flexible) Monoppy is a fitness and social platform built around running events and active-lifestyle communities. We're looking for a Mid-to-Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on TypeScript experience — across NestJS and React — to join our engineering team. This role suits someone who'd rather own a feature end-to-end — backend to UI — than sit in one layer of the stack, and who wants a real say in architecture decisions. 1) Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs 2) Ship features across our web applications, from frontend to backend 3) Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering across multiple codebases in a shared ecosystem 3) Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and technical discussions 4) Contribute to system design decisions and help improve reliability and CI/CD practices 5) Work with modern tools for asynchronous processing and real-time features 1) Strong experience with TypeScript across backend and frontend 2) Solid experience with NestJS in production 3) Experience with React — Vite or Next.js — and modern state/data-fetching patterns (TanStack Query, Zustand, or similar) 4) Experience with PostgreSQL and an ORM such as Prisma 5) Familiarity with Redis and background job/queue systems 6) Comfort with REST API design, JWT auth, and role-based access control 7) Good instincts for clean code, design patterns, and system design 8) Experience with Docker and CI/CD 9) Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset 1) Real-time systems experience (WebSockets / Socket.io) 2) Next.js, i18n (next-intl), or animation & 3D work (Framer Motion, Three.js) 3) S3, Firebase, or push-notification systems 4) Zod-based validation and OpenAPI/Orval-style codegen 5) Observability tooling (Sentry, SonarQube) 6) Payment integration experience Work setup Location — Tehran Work model — Hybrid, remote with in-office time in Tehran Working days — Saturday to Wednesday Working hours — 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible) If you want to help thousands of runners train, compete, and connect — and you'd rather own a feature end-to-end than sit in one layer of the stack — we'd love to hear from you.
