We're looking for a web designer who can design and ship high-converting landing pages for DelGate. This is a hands-on build role — you design it, you build it, you make it fast, and you make sure it's tracked properly. Design and build landing pages in WordPress, working across page builders (Elementor, Divi, Bricks, Webflow, or similar) Use AI tools to accelerate design and build — from wireframe to live page Generate on-brand image assets with AI for use in landing pages and campaigns Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and overall page speed Implement and QA tracking: GA4 events, Google Tag Manager, conversion tags, form tracking Handle technical SEO on-page: schema, metadata, heading structure, indexation, internal linking, redirects Iterate on pages based on performance data, not just aesthetics What you need Proven portfolio of landing pages you've designed and built (please include links) Strong technical WordPress knowledge — themes, plugins, hosting, caching, troubleshooting Comfortable with multiple page builders and able to pick the right one for the job Practical experience designing and building websites with AI tools Strong prompting skills — you know how to get usable output from AI, not just first drafts Working knowledge of Claude MCP and connecting AI tools to real workflows Experience generating AI image assets that look intentional, not generic Solid technical SEO fundamentals Understanding of how tracking works and why it matters to marketing B2B or logistics/supply chain experience Basic HTML/CSS/JS for custom fixes A/B testing and CRO experience
