مسئولیتها
- We're looking for a DevOps / SRE to take direct ownership of Gama's production infrastructure.
- You'll work hands-on with a large, self-hosted environment and be responsible for:
- Multi-node production infrastructure, load balancing, databases, caching, search, analytics, mail & CI/CD
- Backup, disaster recovery and regular restore testing
- Capacity planning for seasonal traffic peaks
- Identifying and eliminating single points of failure
- Legacy infrastructure modernization
- Infrastructure security and reliability
- Bare-metal & VPS infrastructure managed directly over SSH
- No orchestration layer currently in place
- Clustered relational databases
- Redis / in-memory caching
- Full-text search & analytics storage
- Self-hosted source control, CI & container registry
- Regional infrastructure with restricted internal networks
- 5+ years of production infrastructure experience
- Proven experience operating systems at mid-to-large scale
- Strong hands-on experience without relying on a PaaS/orchestration safety net
- Experience solving SPOFs, legacy systems and reliability challenges
- Strong ownership, troubleshooting and incident-response skills
- Comfortable becoming the first dedicated infrastructure hire in a decade-plus-old environment
