We are looking for a visionary Technical Lead to transform our engineering culture. Currently, we face challenges with code quality, technical debt, and bugs that hinder our scalability. Your mission is to take full ownership of our (Python/Jango )(Node.js) ecosystem, implementing rigorous standards and modern workflows to ensure our codebase is bug-free, maintainable, and future-proof. As a Tech Lead, you won't just manage; you will mentor, architect, and innovate. We expect you to leverage AI-powered development tools to drastically increase team velocity and code reliability. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Quality: Define and enforce high-level architectural patterns in Laravel and Symfony to ensure system scalability. Code Governance: Establish strict Code Review processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing suites (Unit, Integration, PEST/PHPUnit) to eliminate bugs before they hit production. AI Integration: Champion the use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI-driven refactoring) to optimize the SDLC and automate repetitive coding tasks. Technical Debt Management: Audit existing "spaghetti code" and lead strategic refactoring initiatives without disrupting business operations. Mentorship: Lead a team of developers, conducting 1-on-1s and technical workshops to elevate the team's engineering maturity. Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize complex queries and application logic to ensure high performance under load. Required Skills & Qualifications Clean Code Evangelist: Deep understanding of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Modern Tooling: Expert-level knowledge of Composer, Docker, Redis, and modern MySQL/PostgreSQL optimization. AI-Native Workflow: Proven experience using AI coding assistants to speed up development, documentation, and bug hunting. Testing Culture: A "test-first" mindset with experience in TDD (Test-Driven Development). Leadership: Previous experience leading technical teams or acting as a lead architect in high-stakes environments.
