Al Salah Holding is a strategic investment company founded on over 15 years of hands-on experience in UAE tourism and hospitality. Established to bring structure and long-term vision to a portfolio built since 2010, we create, build, and operate our own brands across travel, accommodation, dining, and culture, developing each one in-house with the capital, strategy, and operational discipline it needs to grow while keeping its own distinct character. Our portfolio spans three brand families. OceanAir curates destination and travel experiences across the UAE with a focus on authentic cultural immersion and bespoke itineraries. Al Marmoom operates two flagship properties within the Al Marmoom Conservation Reserve: Al Marmoom Domes, offering luxury glamping under the stars with private pools and desert views, and Al Marmoom Oasis, a multi-experience destination combining overnight stays, camel experiences, horse riding, and nature-based programming. Al Khayma Group is our heritage hospitality and cultural dining division. Al Khayma Heritage Restaurant holds a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand distinction retained consecutively from 2022 through 2026, with locations in Dubai's Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood and Abu Dhabi. Al Khayma Camps delivers authentic Bedouin desert experiences with elite glamping, cultural entertainment, and heritage dining. Al Khayma Heritage Centre is a living cultural village preserving Emirati craftsmanship and traditions. Al Khayma Lounge at Qasr Al Watan brings the brand into Abu Dhabi's Presidential Palace complex. We think in decades, not quarters, and pursue growth only where it strengthens a brand.
