matchmatch

We partner with VC-backed startups in EU & US to build exceptional teams — from founding engineers to C-suite leaders.

matchmatch is a recruitment partner built exclusively for VC-backed startups across the EU and US. We specialise in placing the people who define a company's trajectory — from founding engineers who lay the technical foundation to senior leaders and C-suite executives who drive growth at scale. Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, we operate at startup speed. Our process is precise, efficient, and designed for founders who understand that the right hire at the right moment is a competitive advantage.
